Join us as Crispin Barrymore, an expert sound bath therapist, composer-multi-instrumentalist, guides you through a therapeutic journey using a variety of sacred instruments, including the flute, rain stick, didgeridoo, gong, conch shell, and more. These instruments produce vibrations that resonate deeply within your body, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and promote a deep sense of peace.
Complementing this sonic experience is Shweta Chakraborty, a certified hypnotherapist, who will lead a session designed to enhance your mental and physical wellbeing. Guided hypnotherapy in this setting can help you overcome fears, reduce anxiety, and unlock personal growth and creativity.
