About this Event
Join Farhad as he guides you through meditation and a sound bath experience, using crystal bowls, gongs and chimes. This will be an evening of meditation and sound healing. Melt into the healing sounds of crystal bowls, handpan, symphonic gongs, and chimes. These sessions can provide many benefits to your overall well-being, including stress release, enhanced concentration, focus and release of any blocked energy in the body and mind. Creating a healing flow of energy through the main energy centres of the body (Chakras) for a beautiful reset and balance. This class is ideal for everyone, no prior experience is required. All are welcome to join and learn the many benefits of a meditation practice in community. Space is limited for this event. Props to bring along: yoga mat, pillow/bolster, block/cushion, eye pillow, water bottle, blanket/covering layers.
