Welcome to Sound Bath Meditation Night! Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation as we immerse ourselves in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, rain sticks & more. Let the vibrations wash away your stress and worries, leaving you feeling calm and centered.
This in-person event will be held at Mad Chiller World Arts, 1919 N. Howard Ave. the perfect setting for a peaceful and meditative experience with a New Soundproof curtain & all. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, everyone is welcome to come and unwind with us.
