✨What to expect✨
Each session begins with a brief introduction to sound, energy, and the healing qualities of crystal bowls. You’ll then be guided into a deeply relaxing sound bath. Attendees are typically lying down. If preferred, chair seating is available.
We close with gentle integration, sharing, and time for questions to support your experience.

ALSO* water for hydration. 💧Crystal Sound Bath Meditations typically move a lot of energy. 💧Drinking water helps to move energy. Please drink a lot of water following a bath if you can:)

Laura is a Nurse Educator dedicated to mind-body-spirit wellness, with a special focus on energy medicine, 🎶sound and frequency healing. She is a Certified Sound Healer, Holistic Health Practitioner- Science Educator, and Reiki Master. Laura integrates science with the healing arts to offer crystal sound meditations that help reduce stress, support healing, and restore inner balance.
💕 She is honored and grateful to have been introduced to the crystal singing bowls in Mount Shasta under the guidance of the highly regarded Beverly Wilson.
Based in the Half Moon Bay area, Laura leads sound bath meditations throughout California and beyond, incorporating crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and guided meditation to encourage deep relaxation and emotional release.
