Her sessions are designed to help you let go of tension, quiet your mind, and restore harmony to body, mind, and spirit.
What to Expect
This serene session begins with a guided meditation and mindful breathing, allowing you to fully settle into the present moment. As you relax, you’ll be surrounded by soothing tones from crystal quartz bowls, koshi chimes, ocean drums, and water chimes—each instrument carefully chosen to create an immersive soundscape that promotes deep relaxation and inner alignment.
A Sound Bath is more than just listening—it’s a meditative experience that uses sound vibrations to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. Participants rest comfortably on yoga mats or blankets as the resonant tones wash over them, encouraging calm, clarity, and connection.
What to Bring
*A yoga mat (required) for your comfort during the session
*Optional: a blanket and pillow for extra coziness (sound meditation can gently lower blood pressure and temperature)
*Any personal comfort items—like a water bottle, journal, or favorite crystal
