About this Event
We live in a world that often feels more connected than ever, yet many of us are feeling more stressed and disconnected. Pressures from work, relationships, and the fast pace of modern life can take a toll on our mental health. At the same time, the sense of community that once brought people together is fading, leaving many to face their struggles alone.
It’s time to come together, slow down, and heal.
We are hosting a Sound Bath Meditation Event to raise funds for SEL Mind, a vital organization supporting mental health in our community.
Sound baths incorporate a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, chimes, drum, and shamanic tools, to create resonant tones and rhythmic vibrations. These sounds work to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation and healing. Many participants describe the experience as profoundly restorative—a serene oasis amidst the chaos of daily life.
By attending this event, you’ll not only nurture your own well-being but also contribute to the well-being of others. Every pound raised will go to programs that provide mental health support, resources, and outreach to those in need.
Let’s be the change we wish to see. Join us for an evening of healing, relaxation, and purpose. Together, we can help rebuild stronger, more compassionate communities.
