Sound Bath Meditation at Center of GravityYou are invited to come enjoy a unique experience with this Sound Bath Meditation led by Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations. The sound bath experience is gaining popularity in today's world as a wellness practice, helping to promote states of deep relaxation for both mind and body. These experiences are both musical and meditative and offer a wide range of therapeutic benefits. The sounds of singing bowls, gong, chimes and more will fill the atmosphere allowing folks to lie down while they absorb and bathe in the soundscape and vibrations. There will be some yoga mats and blankets available to use, although you may also consider bringing your own mat, blanket, pillow, etc to create a comfortable resting spot. Open to ages 15 and older.
