Sound Bath
Great starting point for those new to meditation:
Sounds provide an anchor for the mind to notice and focus on.
Mindfulness is effortless with the soothing tones of crystal bowls, bells, and delicate instruments, which help the preoccupied mind with the grounding sounds of the present.
During this session, you'll be enveloped in the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, tingshas, percussion instruments, and breathing exercises.
These sounds are designed to help you release tension, reduce stress, and achieve a state of deep relaxation. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, this is a chance to unwind in a peaceful setting.

Acupuncture is the practice of using sterilized needles inserted gently into specific points in the ear to support healing, energy balancing, and many wholistic benefits.
Often it is used to relieve pain in the body, and relieve stress from the nervous system.

12:00 - 12:15 : Arrival and Grounding
12:15 - 12:30 : Guided Meditation
12:30 - 1:30 : Sound Bath and Acupuncture
1:30 - 1:45 : Return to Now
1:45 - 2:00 : Closing & Departure
Preparation:
Yoga Mat, Tea, and Blankets provided.
Consider eating a light breakfast at least 1 hour beforehand and drink plenty of water.
Please bring anything that might make you feel more comfortable such as:

- Cushions
