What is integral sound healing?

Integral sound healing is a powerful process which balances the body, mind and spirit of an individual through sound and vibration. This non-invasive process is intended to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Benefits of integral sound healing:

  • Reduced stress
  • Improved sleep
  • Better pain management
  • Improved sense of relaxation
  • Improved relationship with oneself and others
  • Increased focus and attention
  • Calming of the mind

What is the goal?

The goal of HarmoniWorks is to create a sacred, safe space to deeply connect within ourselves and others, building a supportive community.

What to Bring:

Please bring your own yoga mat. A pillow, blanket and a sleeping eye mask are recommended. Water is highly recommended to stay hydrated.

About the Facilitator:

Veronica, owner, and founder of HarmoniWorks, is currently studying Integral Sound Healing at the Sound Healing Academy. She has personal experiences with anxiety, depression, stuck emotions, and energy blocks. After discovering sound healing through the Sound Healing Academy, she can better express herself and release energy blocks using various instruments and vocal toning. Integral sound healing helps create a sense of balance, ease, and harmony in her overall well-being.
