What is the goal?
The goal of HarmoniWorks is to create a sacred, safe space to deeply connect within ourselves and others, building a supportive community.
What to Bring:
Please bring your own yoga mat. A pillow, blanket and a sleeping eye mask are recommended. Water is highly recommended to stay hydrated.
About the Facilitator:
Veronica, owner, and founder of HarmoniWorks, is currently studying Integral Sound Healing at the Sound Healing Academy. She has personal experiences with anxiety, depression, stuck emotions, and energy blocks. After discovering sound healing through the Sound Healing Academy, she can better express herself and release energy blocks using various instruments and vocal toning.
