In this unique journey, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep rest as waves of healing sound wash over you. The session begins with intention setting and grounding breathwork, preparing the body to fully receive the vibrational medicine of crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and other soothing instruments.
