Join us @ The Yoga Garden for a special restorative evening Sound Bath Immersion, and Guided Gratitude Meditation led by Vibrational Sound Therapist, Energy Master, Shamanic Practitioner, Lisa Harthun of Healing Balance-Holistic Wellness Therapy. This session is an invitation to heal and to fill your heart center with loving kindness as we gather in gratitude to allow ourselves the space in which to release unwanted energies, and to still the body and mind inviting peace and healing. The tone resonance used is a unique and immersive experience enabling expanded states of consciousness through sound and vibration supported by the use of gong, specially tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan and Himalayan singing bowls, bell, tingsha, and shamanic drumming, along with a layer of spoken Sanskrit Mantras. You do not need to be experienced in meditation, and as a participant, you will be guided through this deeply relaxing, supportive, and balancing journey. A perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and give yourself some much needed self-care. All are welcome; Individuals, Couples, and small groups. This is not a yoga practice. However, you will want to dress in loose comfortable clothing. Cost: $40.00 per person
