The Soul Sanctuary welcomes you to join us for some FREE COMMUNITY EVENTS this summer. Come relax and soothe your soul with Sound Bath Meditation's in the park. All are welcome. Bring a friend or come solo. No prior experience necessary.If you have not experienced a sound bath before, you’ll start by laying or sitting comfortably with your eyes closed and I will guide you through a brief meditation to assist with settling down the mind and body before I begin.
A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience where participants are bathed in the sounds and vibrations of various crystal singing bowls. Each singing bowl provides a different tone and frequency that aligns with frequencies naturally occurring in our bodies to restore harmony and promote wellness.
If you've been interested in Sound Therapy, now is your chance to receive uplifting vibrations for free! We are hosting 3 more Community Sound Bath's this summer. Come and join us once or for all of our events!

I encourage participants to wear comfortable clothing and bring any items that will help you feel relaxed, such as a yoga mat/antigravity chair, blanket, pillow, sleep mask, or whatever is needed for your comfort during our time together. The sound bath will last about an hour. Come early to get settled before we begin.

During the Sound Bath, bottles of water will be charged with the high vibrational frequencies of the singing bowls. Drink the water within 24 hours after your session to extend the soothing benefits of your experience while also allowing you to flush your internal systems with the calming essence of the harmonious frequencies. The bottled water will be available for $1 a bottle.
