Join Laced in Harmony for a Sound Bath Meditation at CNTR Yoga! We invite you for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience as you immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments. Let go of stress and tension as you lay back, close your eyes, and let the vibrations wash over you. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, reset, and connect with your inner self. No experience is necessary - just come with an open mind and a willingness to relax. Treat yourself to this unique and calming experience at CNTR Yoga - we can't wait to see you there!
We recommend you bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and optional eye mask. Chairs will be provided to those who need. Please allow ample time to park, and create your space. Once the event begins you are asked to stay for the entirety of the performance. CNTR yoga is located on the third floor. Take the elevator on the left of the main entrance, turn left out of the elevator and another left, walk straight to the end of the hall where we will be ready to greet you.
