✔️You will have the opportunity to release chronic stress, balance your nervous system and hormones - all necessary for managing a chronic health condition.
✔️You will begin to heal from past trauma by not only releasing suppressed or repressed emotions, but sound healing also calms the amygdala, our Fight or Flight center of the brain.
✔️Ultimately, you will be guided back to your true nature. A place where you experience unconditional love and acceptance.
✔️You will leave class feeling recentered- ready to embrace your daily life. And experiencing stillness will help you tap into clarity and purpose about how to live your most authentic life.
