🌙 What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums create waves of vibration that wash over you. These frequencies invite deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment.
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
