What is a Sound Bath?: A sound bath is a therapeutic experience where participants immerse themselves in various sounds to promote relaxation, meditation, and healing. Typically participants lay in savasana while being surrounded by the sounds of different instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drums, chimes, and other resonant instruments.

During a sound bath session, the sounds are played in a deliberate and intentional manner, often following a specific sequence or pattern. Participants are encouraged to focus on the vibrations and tones created by the instruments, allowing the sound waves to wash over them and induce a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

Proponents of sound baths believe that the vibrations produced by the instruments can help balance the body’s energy, reduce stress, alleviate physical and emotional tension, and enhance overall well-being.

Lindy’s Collective Intention: Our intention is to create a sacred and empowering space for those who are wholeheartedly engaged and ready to embark on a profound journey of awakening and self-discovery. We hold the space for individuals who are eager to learn the art of meditation or deepen their existing practice, facilitating their healing and transcendence of aspects of the self that no longer serve their higher purpose. It is with reverence and dedication that we are guided to support individuals in their spiritual growth, empowering them to embrace their true essence and live a life aligned with their soul’s purpose.

We invite you to come out and experience for yourself the powerful deep states of meditation that even someone new to meditation will be able to experience.

Short Bio – Lindy has been providing Sound Baths in the Tampa Bay area since her trip to India, March 2017 http://www.lindyromez.com. Along her own journey of healing and using sound to bring harmony to her own life experience, Lindy as a military veteran began to understand through the awareness of the high rate of suicide among fellow veterans that there is a need for community healing. Lindy believes that we all suffer on some level from time to time as it is a part of our life experience, and sound is the best medicine. Through her non-profit Calm One, Inc, 501c3, her research began in 2019 and is ongoing on how sound, frequency, and vibration can offer the resonance to harmonize disharmonies within the mind and body complex.
