We are entering a time where nervous system regulation and connection to nature are more important that ever before. Sound entrains our brainwaves, slowing them down and taking us out of the busy mind. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest, restore and repair) and brings our mind, body and spirit back to harmony.
So you are warmly invited to bring your yoga mat, comfy blankets, pillows, eye masks and settle in for deep relaxation and connection to your true nature.
About your facilitator:
Lindsay is a licensed certified educator, head trainer and stockist for Crystal Singing Bowl supplier, Rainbow Sounds. Lindsay teaches people how to be exceptional sound bath practitioners and certifies them via Rainbow Sounds Level 1 &. Level 2 Training.
Her style of sound is known as smooth and soothing, nervous system regulating.
Lindsay also gently weaves in her yoga philosophy, breathwork, shamanic journey facilitation and love for nature within her sound bath journeys.
She completed her tuning fork training through the Sound Healing Academy. In addition to being a sound bath practitioner, Lindsay is a 300+ trained yoga teacher, rebirthing breathwork instructor (yin breathwork trained by Suntara), reiki practitioner, energy worker and shamanic journey facilitator (trained by Johnson Chong).
