A sound bath is an immersive audio meditative experience with resonant music filling the body, soothing the nervous system.

Using sound to relax, restore, and heal the body, this ancient practice works by stimulating certain areas of the brain with unique frequencies.

Join us for a special evening of sound healing and relaxation using singing bowls.

We will create a beautiful symphony of vibration that will bring you deep relaxation and help restore balance in your body and mind.

We will also practice guided meditation to further facilitate the healing process, immersing in tranquil sounds.

Students can bring a yoga mat and pillows to relax in comfort. We will also provide mats/pillows for those who need them.

Jennifer Morris is a certified Crystal Healer/Teacher, Reiki Master, Energy Healer, and has a bachelor's degree in Psychology. As a practicing witch since 1972, and student of Victoria Arkle and Diane Newton, Jennifer is a life-long practitioner of the intuitive arts, offering years of knowledge and experience to her students via her Patreon, "Crafting Your Magical Life."

Rich is a seasoned practitioner of the metaphysical arts for many years, Rich has explored the powerful realms of crystals, energy alignment, and auras, and became a Reiki Master, proudly adding his name to the Reiki Master Dr. Mikao Usui lineage. Rich is also a Certified CMA Expert Sound Healer, and master of crystal/Tibetan sound bowls, tuning forks, Solfeggio, singing crystal pyramids, and singing crystal Merkabah.
