Immerse yourself in this meditative experience where you will be 'bathed' by sound waves. Sound Baths are known to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance creativity, reduce pain and increase energy levels.All you need to do is lay down (or sit if you prefer), get comfortable and let the sounds wash over you. You'll experience a range of sounds from Tibetan Singing Bowls, Steel Tongue Drum, Shamanic Drum, Tuning Forks, Rain Sticks, Shakers, Bells & more. Each sound and frequency ( sound vibration ) will be varied and precise to create specific vibrations to wrap you in a cocoon of sound....Let it wash over & through you - to a wonderful journey of renewal, revitalisation and balance.
Every month we will have a different theme. Each session will start with a short guided meditation or Breath Work.
£10 per person ( ticket link below ). This group Sound Bath will be held at The Spectrum Centre in Inverness in room 4 upstairs. Please arrive by 6.55pm to settle in to start for 7pm. The Sound Bath is approximately 45 minutes with 10-15 minutes integration time at the end.
Please bring a pillow, blanket, yoga mat & an eye mask / eye pillow. I have extra yoga mats available if you do not have your own but please let me know in advance.
