About this Event
Winter is a time of reflection and rest, going inward as we dealing with the darkness of the season. I will be honoring the beginning of the increase of light, bringing in a reawakening of hope and clarity through the power of sound. This sound bath will help you releasing any heaviness you may carry and allow space for the light to expand in you, illuminating your spirit. Each sound journey is unique as I infuse a different intention into them, using a wide range of sound healing instruments and techniques. I create sonic fractals as I move through the sequences crafted around the intention.
Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, a Grotta Senora gong, shamanic drumming, rain sticks and koshi chimes will be used to create this sonic experience.
Doors open at 6:40, show starts promptly at 7:00 with the doors locking at 7:10. Give ample time to find parking and setting up your space in the studio. The event is upstairs at Balance Studio, which is a yellow house across the street from Theo Chocolate. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye pillow and anything needed for maximum comfort. There are some bolsters, chairs and blankets provided by the venue.
