About your trainer: This training is lead by Tesha Smith, a certified Yoga, Breath Work and Soundbath instructor with over six years of experience. She has lead classes and events for Savage Fenty, Fabletics, the Black Women Yoga Collective, AIR B N B, Shaping her Earth Non Profit organization and more. She is certified by the Complementary Therapy Association
