🌻Join us for a tranquil Sound Bath in the Garden on Sunday, July 14th from 6:30PM - 8:00PM.

🌲Receive this relaxing sound bath and its ethereal frequencies amongst Mother Nature's tranquil gardens.

🌸Feel the support of Mother Nature all around you in this beautiful and private setting.

🧘🏻‍♀️We will begin with 10 minutes of gentle yin yoga to bring awareness to your body and breath before we move into deep rest to receive the symphony of sound of Lindsey's high-frequency instruments 432-hertz crystal alchemy bowls, ocean drum, 528-hertz crystal triangle and more. This session is suitable for all levels of meditation experience.

🎼The sound waves from the crystal bowls allow you to calm the chatter of your mind for deep relaxation, aiding in the intelligence of our bodies to feel, release, and enter into a state of recovery and healing.

❤️‍🔥Invoking the ancient art of Reiki, those who are seated in the front will receive gentle hands-on touch, and others will receive reiki by distance to purify, balance and rejuvenate their energetic being.

🕊️Through this journey you will experience deep transformation and self-discovery, leaving with a feeling of a renewed sense of inner peace, inspiration, and harmony in your personal energy field and the world around you.💕

• Writing supplies (pen/pencil), journal, paper (optional)
• Comfortable clothing to rest in
• An eye pillow or cover to place on your eyelids
• Light blanket, socks or a sweater to keep cozy
• a crystal to hold/charge during your sound bath (optional)
• Bug spray just in case since we are outdoors
