Liz Whittall & Chris Hill, trained practitioners from the Harmony Hub in Chorley, will be leading a sound bath - an outdoor meditation using gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, drums and other healing instruments plus the sounds of nature to help you relax. Sensible outdoor footwear (wellies or walking boots) is essential, as is a waterproof in case of rain, although we do have an outdoor shelter available and a tarped area. Some picnic rugs will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own rug or yoga mat to lie on during the session
