Sound Bath in Enniscorthy – an evening of Music, Sounds, and Healing

Let’s join the evening of Friday, September 27th in the beautiful church of the Presentation Center for our monthly evening of music, sounds, meditation, and relaxation.

The sounds and music being performed in this Soundbath will be inspired by the Hunter's Moon, taking place the week preceding our event. This particular Full Moon, in many cultures, traditionally marks a time to gather and store food and warming sources for the upcoming cold winter months. Our Sound Bath also takes place the week preceding Samhain, where the line between our world and the Otherworld is the thinnest, a time to honor our deceased. We will thus use our Sound Bath to illuminate our full picture, outter and inner worlds, and help us gather emotional and spiritual strength before the winter.

A Sound Bath experience can allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation as you go on a journey of healing sound waves and vibrations. Himalayan bowls and gongs, bells, Monochord, Shamanic drums, chanting, and other instruments will be used.

This Sound Bath is open to everyone, of any age. There are a few medical restrictions including epilepsy, schizophrenia, pregnancy, and having a pacemaker. Let us know in advance of any injury or medical condition you may have.

For maximum relaxation and comfort, it is highly recommended to bring a yoga mat or lounge-chair, blanket, and pillows (or cushions).

This 1 ½ hour Sound Bath will take place on Friday, October 25th, from 7:30 to 9:00pm at The Presentation Centre of Enniscorthy.

Tickets are €25.

Note: "Early Bird" tickets (no processing fees) are available until October 18th.
