Thank you to everyone who joined yesterday’s Sound Bath in Dunfermline. We had a full class and such beautiful energy in the room 💜For this session, I added background healing frequencies with binaural beats, designed specifically to support deep relaxation and inner balance. Please remember, the hammocks and air mattresses are first come, first served, so try to arrive on time if you’d like a chance to have one of those. The rest will enjoy the session on yoga mats, and I always do my best to provide two mats per person to support your back and comfort.
