Sound Bath in Cutler Botanical Garden

Visit the Broome County Regional Farmer's Market and also enjoy a relaxing sound bath! Cheryl is a certified expert level sound healer adn she will be playing the crystal singing bowls amongst the beauty of the Cutler Botanical Garden during the Farmer's Market. This event is open to the public, donations are accepted in person or via this event posting. Bring a chair or yoga mat,etc to relax in while you enjoy the vibrations.

Please do not attend if you have epilepsy or a pacemaker or other neurological disorders or electronic life-saving equipment. Pregnant women often enjoy sound baths with no issue, but we always suggest checkign with your doctor to be sure, especially in the first 12 weeks of gestation.
