About this Event
This one hour event is a sound bath with crystal bowls and other healing sound instruments, including tuning forks, ocean drums, shruti box, and koshi bells.
The event will begin with 15 minutes of grounding exercises and guided meditation designed to relax participants and open their chakras to the sound bath. The sound bath immersion will last approximately 40 minutes with a few minutes of savasana at the end.
There will be a sacred alter where participants can place sacred items or intentions during the experience.
Please arrive 15-minutes early to allow for the group to begin on time ?
Participants are encouraged to bring yoga mats, a pillow, and blankets to lie down during the event. We have a few to share if needed!
SeanT is a certified sound bowl practitioner in the Auster Sound Method. He has led sound bath experiences in several plant medicine circles and microdosing plant medicines is acceptable during the event. In addition, Sean T has over 25 years experience as a meditator, including meditation teacher training courses.
The event is open to all souls and encourages participation with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ participants!
