You will need a yoga mat, pillow and a blanket. The studio does not provide these. Please dress warm & comfortable.

🕯️We will begin the evening with a short guided meditation followed by the sound bath.
🕯️Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.
LOCATION: LiveFit Studio is located in the front of the building of Sealing Devices Plant No. 4, across from Majestic Pools, plenty of parking available. There is a lit sign out front.
