Relax and rebalance your mind, body, and soul with a restorative sound healing session. For many of us, various events in our lives can disrupt our natural frequencies- stress, anxiety, illness, lack of sleep, etc. By immersing ourselves in sound healing, the natural frequencies of the body can be restored through the sound waves we receive.
During the session you will lie down or sit while you tune into beautiful tones from a variety of instruments, including crystal quartz singing bowls, Koshi chimes, wave drum, shakers and more. There are a variety of physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits you may receive from a sound bath. These benefits can include the promotion of relaxation, enhancement of meditation, stimulation of the immune system, clearing of negative energy, chakra re-balancing, improved sleep, increased focus and concentration, and more.
