She will then hold space for you as she plays 432 hz perfectly tuned crystal chakra bowls, gong, Himalayan bowls, Buffalo drum and other sound frequencies. Sign up for this meditative experience.
Sound Healing is so effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies. Different sound vibrations interact with our physical and energetic bodies in beneficial ways.
Bring water, a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and other cozy comforts to create a comfortable space to receive the vibrations. Chairs will also be available.
