Would you like to bring a little more space into your evening, just for you? Nothing to do, just lie down and relax into the Earth.
Join me through an blissful evening of beautiful sounds and deep relaxation as we bathed in the profound vibrational healing sounds.
Often in our daily lives, we may feel at times fragmented, overwhelmed and exhausted with our endless daily tasks. So it's essential to take time slow down and pause and listen to the the body's invitation for deep rest.
A Sound Bath is a powerful way to bring the body into a deep form of relaxation and ease. It works as the sound vibrations from gongs, himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, rattles, drums and other instruments such as chimes are used to create mesmerizing vibrations of sounds that can help to release emotional and energy blockages in the body and stimulate healing in a gentle yet a very deep way.
We will explore some gentle breathing techniques to release stress, a guided relaxation known as "yoga nidra" a yogic sleep to settle body, mind and heart in preparation to receive the healing vibration of sounds.
