Sound Bath Healing & Meditation with Reiki

Come and experience a Sound Bath Healing & Meditation with Reiki at The Agape House! Join Gina Groupe of Modern Mystics Resource Center and Tina McDonald of The Agape House for a transformative Sound Healing & Meditation infused with Reiki.

The guided meditation will lead you through the process of release, helping you shed old patterns, emotions, or energetic blockages. Through deep breathing and mindfulness, you’ll open yourself to the healing power of letting go, allowing yourself to find inner peace and balance. The sound healing portion will be a deeply immersive experience, incorporating a variety of sacred instruments. These instruments create vibrations that promote deep relaxation and healing, helping to cleanse and align your chakras and create a harmonious sound bath experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, centered, and ready to embrace the next chapter with clarity and lightness. While in meditation, you will individually receive the loving healing energy of Reiki.

To enhance the relaxation and stress release effects, Tina will have essential oils available for participants who would like aromatherapy to be a part of this experience. You will also receive an Oracle card message if you so choose to provide additional guidance at the end of the event.

This event is open to all, whether you are experienced in meditation or trying it for the first time. Come prepared to release, realign, and open yourself to the healing energies of sound and Reiki.

The Agape House is located on the Southwest Corner of Rt. 31 and Prairie in St. Charles. Parking is on Prairie behind the blue house. Overflow parking is on Second St. There is a paved path from the parking lot to the front of the house so you don't have to walk on the sidewalks.

Facilitator Bio Gina Grupe: Gina has served as a professional bilingual educator and leader for over 25 years in every grade from preschool to high school in both public and private schools, as well as a presenter at conferences and trainer for educators and parents.

She left the public school arena in the hopes of starting a different kind of school that meets the needs of the whole of a person - mind, body and spirit, not just academics. The Love to Learn Resource Center was born out of this desire to help all ages find the tools and resources needed for creating balance with peace, love and joy in their daily lives.

Gina is a certified teacher, life coach and hypnotherapist that also incorporates spiritual practices as a vibrational energy lightworker and practitioner of Oneness as a state of being. Oneness or Unity Consciousness is a level of vibration that goes beyond the self and reaches the heart and souls of all beings and existence, demonstrating compassion and respect for human beings, animals, nature and our earth, appreciating that we are all interconnected at vibrational energy levels.

Gina has been an intuitive empath, spiritual channel and vibrational energy lightworker all of her life. She works with sound and light frequencies to help her clients with physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. She has found that combining her gifts of science, metaphysics and quantum physics has led to rapid transformation in her clients’ lives. Her mission is to shine her light brightly as a leader that lifts others up, building self-confidence, heart-centered connection, and conscious awareness through unconditional love. She enjoys playing the Native American Flute and other instruments, sewing, crafting, dancing, game nights, her two birds, her family and of course teaching as a Learning Advocate. Her motto is “Love to Learn & Learn to Love”.

Facilitator Bio Tina McDonald: My name is Tina. I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and an affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training. I am at least a third-generation intuitive on my father’s side of the family and was first introduced to the metaphysical and spiritual world at a young age. I began my studies in 2020 where I found solace in the healing properties of Reiki. I am also attuned in Karuna, Holy Fire, Dragon, Crystal, Shamanic and Angelic Reiki, and draw from all these modalities during a Reiki session. In addition to practicing Reiki, I offer Tarot, Oracle, Runes and Pendulum divination. I am certified to conduct EFT tapping sessions and aura cleansings. I am also a published author and the moderator of the monthly Conversations with Source online group channeling event.
