Come and experience a Sound Bath Healing & Meditation with Reiki at The Agape House! Join Fresh Gaia and The Agape House for a transformative Sound Healing & Meditation infused with Reiki, where we honor the Metal season and its powerful theme of letting go. This season invites us to release what no longer serves us, making space for renewal, clarity, and deeper alignment with ourselves.

The guided meditation will lead you through the process of release, helping you shed old patterns, emotions, or energetic blockages. As you journey inward, you will connect with the element of Metal, known for its energy of refinement, clarity, and the ability to cut through what is unnecessary. Through deep breathing and mindfulness, you’ll open yourself to the healing power of letting go, allowing yourself to find inner peace and balance. The sound healing portion will be a deeply immersive experience, incorporating a variety of sacred instruments. Crystal sound bowls and crystal alchemy bowls will anchor the session, each producing pure tones that resonate deeply with your body’s energy centers. These bowls create vibrations that promote deep relaxation and healing, helping to cleanse and align your chakras. In addition, the use of rattles and rain sticks will complement the crystal sounds, adding a grounding and purifying presence. The rhythmic shaking of rattles will help disperse stagnant energy, while the gentle flow of the rain stick will act as a soothing cleanse, like rain washing away the old to make space for the new. Together, these powerful tools will create a harmonious sound bath experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the healing vibrations. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, centered, and ready to embrace the next chapter with clarity and lightness. While in meditation, you will individually receive the loving healing energy of Reiki.

This event is open to all, whether you are experienced in meditation or trying it for the first time. Come prepared to release, realign, and open yourself to the healing energies of sound and the Metal season.

Facilitator Bio Katy Carlson: My name is Katy. I am a Mesa Carrier, Ceremonialist, Reiki Master Teacher, Shaman, Priestess, Yoga Instructor, Herbalist, and 4th generation Seer and Reader. I have been trained in many healing modalities along my journey. I offer powerful Energetic work, Tarot/Oracle/Rune and Palm readings, Akashic work, and Shamanic healing. I teach Reiki and Shamanism certification classes. I am passionate about my work!

Facilitator Bio Tina McDonald: My name is Tina. I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and an affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training. I am at least a third-generation intuitive on my father’s side of the family and was first introduced to the metaphysical and spiritual world at a young age. I began my studies in 2020 where I found solace in the healing properties of Reiki. I am also attuned in Karuna, Holy Fire, Dragon, Crystal, Shamanic and Angelic Reiki, and draw from all these modalities during a Reiki session. In addition to practicing Reiki, I offer Tarot, Oracle, Runes and Pendulum divination. I am certified to conduct EFT tapping sessions and aura cleansings. I am also a published author and the moderator of the monthly Conversations with Source online group channeling event.
