Who is it for?
A sound bath is for anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, and a deeper connection to inner calm. It's especially beneficial for those dealing with anxiety, tension, or sleep issues, as the vibrations help to ease the mind and relax the body. Sound baths are also great for people interested in meditation or those who find it challenging to meditate on their own, as the sounds provide a focal point that naturally guides participants into a meditative state.
Who is it not for?
Sound baths may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals with certain health conditions, such as those with epilepsy, tinnitus, pacemakers, or other electronic medical devices, should avoid sound baths, as the vibrations may interfere with these devices.
Pregnant women in their first trimester are also advised to refrain, as the body is adjusting to significant changes during this time.
Children under 12 and those who struggle to remain still for extended periods of time as stillness and quiet are necessary for the full 1 hour duration.
