What to know:
💙 A sound bath uses soothing vibrations from instruments like bowls and gongs to promote deep relaxation, ease stress, and support emotional and/or physical healing.
💙 Sessions involve lying down while sound waves wash over you, often bringing calm, clarity, or emotional release — though some may feel overstimulated or disoriented afterward.
You need to bring a mat , throw and pillow.
