Welcome to Healing Hatha Yoga and the next Sound Healing event.
A sound bath is a holistic immersion in the healing vibrations of various instruments.
Whilst you relax and let the tension ease from your body and mind let your brain switch from the alert Alpha state to the conducive subconscious state of mind where healing can take place and intentions can be set.
The environment is optimal for meditation and serenity and may help with:
Improved sleep quality
Help with stress and anxiety
Reduce anxiety and depression
Decrease blood pressure
Improve mental clarity focus and concentration
The host for the soundbath is Alison Scanlan, Hatha Yoga teacher and currently a Diploma student at the Integral Sound Healing Academy. Listen to the sounds from the instruments, mantras and voicework.
Not suitable for those with sound induced epilepsy, severe mental illness or the first trimester of pregnancy. Please contact me directly to discuss further.
