Sara is a classically trained musician and Sound Bath Practitioner from Wales, UK. By combining the magical tones of singing bowlss and flute, Sara Passionately guides others towards an inward journey of relaxation, mindfulness and self discovery, ultimately activating the body's natural healing process.
Sara’s sound baths are intuitively curated to quiet the mind, and guide your body into a deeply restorative state, stimulating your Alpha, Theta and Gamma brainwaves for ultimate relaxation. With the powerful blend of flute, singing bowls, and various percussion instruments, Sara’s sessions will combine Western classical music with Eastern sounds and healing modalities. This sound bath is designed to balance our nervous systems, so we can experience the magical healing that our body was designed to do.
Never been to a sound bath before? No problem! I LOVE meeting and holding space with new participants, and making sure your first experience is one to treasure!
What to bring:
✨A yoga mat or something to lie on
✨A blanket of some kind, and a pillow if you would like (Anything to make the experience as cosy and relaxing as possible!)
✨Water bottle
✨A notebook if you would like to take time for some journalling afterwards
✨Any crystals you may want to work with during the session
✨An open mind!
Please make sure to arive 15 minutes before hand, to give yourself time to settle in, and to avoid late arrival times.
The sound bath will be held next to the Merry go round lot 3 … this is easy to find via Google maps, and is next to a parking lot!
