Sound baths are a wonderful way to find the deep relaxation that we often lack in our busy modern lives.
While sound baths have become common place and extremely popular, the "Tree Of Sound" sessions are fairly unique. Your host is Luke Spurrell, a professional musician with over 25 years of experience and, while Luke uses many traditional sound healing instruments, he also blends them with dreamlike ambient guitars and voice. The session is opened by Luke with a short introduction, followed by breath work and then a guided meditation accompanied by the all important sound journey.
Luke blends sounds and instruments seamlessly to create a sense of continuous movement through your sound journey, using a variety of tones and musical keys to evoke different moods.
The sessions is opened and closed with healing songs, who's lyrics are crafted by Luke to create a sense of calm and oneness.
