Sound Bath for Integration | Vancouver

This session offers a gentle space to slow down and allow the body and mind to settle. Through carefully curated sound and frequency, you’re invited to rest comfortably while the experience supports integration on a physical and mental level.

This is a beginner-friendly session with no movement, no talking, and no prior experience required. There is nothing to do, no sharing, and no pressure to release. You are simply invited to lie down and receive.

This session is especially supportive for beginners, overthinkers, and those with sensitive or burnt-out nervous systems.
