About this Event
Join us for a meditative sound bath for Inauguration Day January 20th at 6:00 PM, in The Loft above The Makeup Altar.
Led by Rae Ryan, a certified sound bath facilitator, this session will use a harmonious combination of singing crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, and an array of percussion instruments. Rae will guide you in using sound to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation while recharging your energy. Sound bathing is known to lower stress, reduce blood pressure, relieve muscle tension, and bring clarity and focus.
Come experience this beautiful, meditative journey into the return of light.
Please bring a yoga mat blanket or pillows, or all of these items. Whatever will help you to be warm and cozy. Also, bring water with you if you need it. We are located at 114 S 11th Street in Five Points East Nashville.
