Benefits for you:

Restore balance to your nervous system

Experience a profound state of relaxation

Harmonise your emotional state

Enhance creativity, clarity, and intuition

What to bring:

The session is designed for you to relax lying down. If that’s not comfortable for you, we’re happy to provide a chair—just let us know in advance.

Wear warm, comfortable clothing so you're nice and cosy.

Bring along:

  • blanket/s
  • pillow/bolster
  • eye mask/pillow (optional but recommended)
  • bottle of water

We recommend you avoid eating a heavy meal or consuming alcohol ahead of the session.

Timing & Arrival:

Doors open at 6:50pm. Please arrive on time so you’re settled and ready for a 7:00pm start. To maintain the peaceful vibes we regret that latecomers will not be admitted once the session has begun.

No refunds for non-attendance or late arrivals.

Important Health Note:

Due to the nature of the sound vibrations and frequencies present in these sessions, sound baths may not be suitable for everyone. In particular, they are not recommended for individuals with:

  • Epilepsy
  • Pacemakers or other synthetic medical implants (e.g. metal pins or joint replacements)
  • Tinnitus or extreme sound sensitivity
  • Serious mental health conditions
  • Those in the first trimester of pregnancy

If you’re uncertain whether a sound bath is appropriate for you, please consult your medical professional. Participation is at your own discretion, and it is your sole responsibility to seek advice from a medical professional if you have any concerns.

As part of the multi-sensory experience, scents may be sprayed in the space. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to scents or essential oils, please inform us before the session so we can make necessary accommodations.

If you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected]
