New Event with Karen Vogelin at Slade Vision Centre, Ilfracombe.Sound Healing Meditation for Children and Parents.

Children today experience different levels of stress and emotions in their day to day life. Introducing sound healing to children can help them to find balance, harmony and inner peace, whilst also having a profound and transformative effect on their emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
A sound bath is an immersive and multi sensory healing experience and will provide a safe space for the children’s minds to unwind, promoting mental clarity, focus and relaxation. It will also allow children to go inwards, to pause, breath, and explore their imagination enhancing their creativity.
To begin with the instruments will be introduced to the children allowing them to feel comfortable with the sounds before they are invited to lie down with their parents and experience the sound bath. No previous experience needed for this event.
This will be a lovely session to experience with your children and of course being a parent can bring many stresses so this will be an opportunity for parents to also relax, pause and breath.
Session time: 5.30pm - 6.30pm
Cost: £15 for 1 x parent + 2 x children
Additional child - £2.50
