Join Artist Katie Detrich for a guided meditation and sound bath experience, outdoors at Cedarwood Cove Pavilion.
This event will take place in the pavillon next to the pool.
Check-in begins at 6PM
Guided Meditation and Sound bath will begin at 6:30pm.

Katie will begin the session with a guided voice meditation to help you relax, calm and release any anxiety from the day. Followed by 45 mintues of sound healing as she plays her Crystal Singing Bowls.
Guests are encouraged to bring along: Pillow, blanket, socks, long sleeved shirt, eye mask, bug spray.
The pavilion will be surrounded with flamess LED candle.
All cellphones and devices must be turned off or placed on silent once the event starts. No cell phones to be used once the meditation & sound bath begin.Sound Baths offer a range of benefits for mental and physical well-being, including stress reduction, improved mood, pain relief, and better sleep. The vibrations from the bowls create a calming, meditative state that promotes relaxation and reduces anxiety. Sound baths may also help improve focus, enhance body awareness, and even support emotional release.
Cancellation due to inclimate weather: Refunds will be issued in 7-10 business. Please check your email on Friday morning for information regarding cancellation or reschedule due to rain.
