You are invited to this extraordinary partnering of two profoundly beneficial practices:
Yoga Nidra, which is yoga sleep, and Sound Bath, which promotes ease and comfort. Both practices allow you to release thoughts and stress that disturb your ability to rest.
Sound bath during Yoga Nidra helps you to let go of the tension in the body and reduce distracting thoughts. The sound and vibration of the crystal bowls and other instruments, with the guided imagery and meditation, leave you in a blissful state. These combined practices promote healing at all levels of your being and empower your intentions and goals for wellness.
No previous experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. It’s time to rest.
