Sound Bath Experience in Aerial Hammocks: June Focus on Third Eye Chakra (Pre-Registration Required)

Are you feeling out of alignment? Sound Baths are a gentle yet powerful way to invite energetic shifts in the body. Through frequency of sound, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, initiating the rest and digest response, countering stress, and ultimately allowing for a meditative state. The healing sounds of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs and drumming will allow you to release stagnant energies, find deep relaxation and wellness. At Yoga Art Space, low-hanging aerial hammocks are used to cradle the body during the Sound Bath, creating a unique and immersive experience. Please join Sara Mendoza, on the last Sunday of each month as she provides a therapeutic atmosphere opening, clearing and balancing the energy centers of the body., leaving you feeling blissful and replenished.
A monthly focus on the Chakras will take us through July 2024. The projected dates are as follows:
January 28th – Root Chakra
February 25th – Sacrum Chakra
March 31st – Solar Plexus Chakra
April 28th - Heart Chakra
May 26th - Throat Chakra
Jun 30th - Third Eye Chakra
July 28th – Crown Chakra
Reservation will reserve your space in a hammock. Laying on a yoga mat on the floor is also optional. Please let us know if you plan to lay on a yoga mat instead of the hammock as this will open up an additional space for someone else.
