Settle onto your mat for 75 minutes with ~50 minutes of continuous sound—perfect to calm and restore before the busy holidays.
Bring for comfort: mat or thick pad, 1–2 blankets, small pillow/bolster, eye pillow optional. Props are available but on a first come/serve basis.
