A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants relax while immersed in soothing sound vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, tuning forks, and chimes. These sounds promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and help balance the mind and body.
What do you need to bring?
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on
Water
Comfortable warm clothes
A blanket or cushion for extra comfort (optional)
Β£8 per person, cash payments on the evening, no booking required.
I will have a couple of yoga mats available to borrow so please message me if you need to borrow one.
