About this Event
The Earth is associated with stability, nourishment and represents the foundation of life. The intention is to connect with the resonance of the Earth, mirroring the grounding qualities by using sound healing techniques, producing low frequencies that align with the Earth energy. This is an experience to soothe the mind and body, bringing you into altered states of conciousness where one can have profound experiences. Brainwave entrainment is a part of the experience. By working with certain frequencies, they help lower the brainwaves to create dreamlike and sleep states which are deeply relaxing. This puts the body into the parasympathetic state where the body can do it's own self healing.
The night will start off with some breathwork and a mini meditation to help guide the body and mind into a relaxed state to recieve the sounds and vibrations. Gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, rain sticks and chimes create this magical sound journey.
The studio is located through the orange door to the left of the Twin Peaks Wellness Boutique. Go past the waiting area. Doors open at 6:40, please arrive early to have enough time to set up your space. Doors lock at 7:05 so it is extremely important to be on time. Cushions are provided by the studio. Bring a pillow, blanket, eye cover and anything else needed for maximum comfort.
