What's a sound bath? We've heard "sound baths offer all the benefits of meditation, without the effort." Enjoy a 45-minute session designed to take you into blissed-out relaxation. It's an experience where guests sit or lay down and receive a range of therapeutic sounds shown to calm the body and mind.

Connection starts here: the circle is our new initiative by Insight Counseling Centers, building awareness for mental health support through a series of fun, community-focused events. Because taking care of or mental well-being applies to all of us. From serene yoga sessions in the park to uplifting community walks, we're all about promoting wellness and togetherness.
Give help, get help, be a part: Because every person's involvement strengthens our nonprofit mission to make mental health services accessible and affordable for everyone, and creates a ripple that reaches new people. It's about connecting our supporters with those in need AND with each other. 💖
