• Breath work, exhale what does not serve you. With breathing techniques to open the chest and allow you to set beautiful intentions.
• A mesmerizing journey through your Chakras, as the frequencies of sound sing to each of them individually.
• Indulgence in the healing frequencies of Crystal Sound Bowls, Gong, Drum Wave, Organ pipes, and triangles, all accented with a variety of beautiful sounds.
